The beginning of the project in Sitonya

At the end of 2023 Mr. client with own holiday property in Sithonia, Greece, contacted us with a desire to create a beautiful and easy-to-maintain garden. Although we are landscaping company in Burgas, we work actively as in Bulgaria, as well as abroad - thanks to good recommendations for the company and customer confidence.

The main challenge was to combine the existing vegetation with a new composition. We chose landscape style, with evergreen and flowering species characteristic of the area, shaped in light arcs. Decorative stones created a contrast, and the mulch kept the weeds down. The final was set with L-shaped PVC molding for a clear finish.

Flooring, approaches and functional solutions

We built a vehicular approach with a reinforced paved surface. For the pedestrian areas we chose natural stones with a grass joint, forming pavements, leading to the barbecue, the Jacuzzi and the main relaxation areas. This style provided both aesthetics, and convenience - a solution, which we would also suggest in yard landscaping project in Bulgaria.

For full use of the garden at night, we installed garden lighting fixtures along the paths and in the recreation areas. For the vegetation with decorative value, we installed soft spotlights with yellow light, which emphasize shapes and add warmth.

Irrigation system with intelligent control

The irrigation system was adapted to the characteristics of the terrain. We used different spreaders for even coverage. Management is carried out through Wi-Fi programmer of 24 volts, which allows for remote monitoring – especially valuable for properties, used seasonally. This is a solution, which also applies when searching for low-cost, high-efficiency yard landscaping.
